Terms & Conditions of Travel

1. There are no refunds unless the sailing is cancelled.
2. Please present your online voucher at departure point 15 minutes before departure. Please allow extra travel time during peak season to allow for parking.
3. We will contact you by email or phone if there are any changes to your departure time. Please supply an Irish contact phone number if possible or an international mobile number.
4. Published schedules are subject to alteration without notice due to inclement weather or other conditions. We recommend you phone the booking office +353 (0)19011757 1 day in advance of your sailing to confirm departure time and weather conditions.
5. If you have purchased a Gift Voucher online, intending passengers must book their preferred trip online using their gift voucher at least 3 days in advance of sailing. 

Privacy Addendum

We may use third-party service providers such as TripAdvisor to process your personal information on our behalf. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post visit reviews about your experience).
